* Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply:

FEE'S

* 72 hour Notice for Balayage and Specialty color -$100

​

*48 hour Notice for any other service-$50

​

Not given the designated cancellation time will result of a $75/$50 

re-scheduling fee or forfeit of your color deposit.

​

  “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. -You will not be able to rebook until service is paid for.
