What If I Need to Cancel My Appointment?

Accepted Answer

PLEASE NOTE: Balayage and Specialty Color  Appoinments require a 72 hour Cancellation Notice.
(Any other service needs to be canceled before a 24 hour window). Our online booking system sends out texts and email reminders 72 hours in advance. Reminding you of your appointment. Please be courteous and respectful of our time, as we are of yours. We make every attempt to accomodate all of our loyal clients hectic schedules. In return please cancel and reschedule ahead of time, so that we can offer availabilty to another client. 
Canceling without giving a 72 hour notice (24 hours for haircut services) will result of a $50 re-scheduling fee. NO SHOWS will be charged the full amout of service.

Are Children Allowed At The Salon?

If your child is not recieving a service, please refrain from bringing them to the studio. 
Our space is small and due to safetly and liability reasons it is not allowed. 
We would love for your experiance (and others in the studio) to be a relaxing one.

Should I Schedule a Consultation if I am a new Client?

Accepted Answer

Consultations are KEY to be able to achieve your desired "dream hair goals". 
Please feel free to email or text me pictures of what your hair currently looks like.
Also, let me know what you like and dislike about your current hairstyle.
 This will set us up for a successful first time hair appointment. 
(We will still have a thorough consultation when you arrive at the studio)
